When you email, please include your order number if you have one, it helps us find you faster.
Before you email
These sort most things out straight away:
- Download link not working? Links expire after a while, and stop working if an order has been refunded. Email us and we will send a fresh one.
- No receipt email? Check your spam or promotions folder first, then tell us the email address you used.
- Wrong or duplicate order? Send us your order number and we will sort it.
- Refunds: tell us your order number and the reason. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 working days to appear.
